During the 15-minute consultation, you’ll learn service options and rates.

Payment Options

We accept cash, PayPal and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We prefer payments directly through the secured client portal.

Please note that we are a fee-for-service practice and are not insurance-based, allowing us to prioritize innovation in personalized and comprehensive care. However, we are partnered with Tricare for direct billing to support the unique needs of military personnel and their families within North Carolina. We are not accepting new members at this time. 

We are trained and registered with Star Behavioral Health Providers. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
