During your free 15-minute consultation, we will discuss service options and rates based on your current needs.

Payment Options

We accept cash, PayPal and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We prefer payments directly through the secured client portal.

Please note that we are a fee-for-service practice and are not insurance-based, allowing us to prioritize innovation in personalized and comprehensive care. However, we are partnered with Tricare for direct billing to support the unique needs of military personnel and their families within North Carolina.

We are trained and registered with Star Behavioral Health Providers and aim to accept Military OneSource in the future. We are also in network with select EAP (Employee Assistance Programs). 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
